EARTH. FIRE. AIR...MAGIC. Bend the battlefield with Magic cards from Avatar: The Last Airbender! Master the elements and join your favorite characters for new adventures, iconic art, an elemental showdown like never before. Players begin by purchasing a ticket and selecting one of four emblems: Air Water Earth Fire Emblems grant players unique benefits during games. As the league progresses, players collect the remaining emblems through continued participation. With their Play Boosters in hand, players build a 40-card sealed deck to play against other opponents over the term of the program. WHAT IS BOOSTER DRAFT? ​This is a great format if you look forward to the excitement of checking out new cards and playing without being required to bring your own pre-built deck. Unlike constructed games—where you arrive with your strategically created deck—in a booster draft tournament, you build a new deck from three unopened booster packs at the start of the event, where you sit among other players where each one opens a single pack, picks a card and passes the pack along, until every card is picked. This repeats three times and then you will build your deck with the cards you picked along the way. WHAT IS EUROPEAN UNITY LEAGUE? The European Unity League is an independent Magic: the Gathering tournament series of which Alara Games are in collaboration. The series culminates with the European Magic Cup with €20k prizes. From our smallest weekly events to our largest game series, every event will automaticly award YOU League Points. You collect these points to qualify for the National Championships event, which award invites to the European Magic Cup. By joining this event, your name and results will be submitted to Unity League to earn points, climb the rankings, and qualify for major tournaments. Learn more or opt out HERE.
